ZēLimited, Inc. does not offer any refund back into a customer's account, or in cash for any returned items. ZēLimited, Inc. will offer In-Store purchase credit, for up to 100% credit on the total amount of the item purchased from ZeLimited.com.

Once the returned item is received, ZēLimited, Inc. will replace your order with an in-store credited item or a revised version of the same item that you ordered initially.

All items will be shipped back to the customer free of charge.
